Manipura- The Solar Plexus Chakra

This is the chakra of proactive people. It infuses you with unlimited energy to work tirelessly towards a set goal. This is the chakra that makes you the engine of any project or organization. The word ‘Mani’ means ‘jewel’ in Sanskrit and ‘Pura’ means city or place. This chakra is the city of jewels as per the Vedas. They say that a person in whom this chakra has blossomed fully will know no boundaries when it comes to conquering or achieving. No goal would be big enough for such a person.

This chakra makes you the star in any organization because you will be inspiring to others. You will be the problem solver or the troubleshooter. You don’t see impediments on the way just learning opportunities, the attitude of this chakra is out and out optimistic.

Personal power is the strength of this chakra. This is the top chakra that keeps you tied to physicality. The first chakra makes helps you in remaining grounded to the roots. The second helps you in forming a bond of close interaction with the world. The third chakra helps you in adding your contribution to this world so that you can form an integral bond of ownership.

This chakra fills you with unlimited energy to transform. It empowers you to change the things you don’t like. This isn’t the chakra of accepting things as they are. It helps you in molding them as you want.

The color of this chakra is bright yellow as the color of the rays of the sun. This is the color that symbolizes power and prosperity. Like the sun, this chakra is also filled with the energy to do anything it likes. It gives you an appetite to take unimaginable challenges and fulfill them.

Active and Balanced Solar Plexus Chakra

If the energies in this chakra are balanced, it’ll make you proactive and powerful. You’d become a person who’d have the ability to digest life as it is. Fretting about things wouldn’t be your part of the game.

People with a balanced solar plexus chakra find their gift early on in their lives. They aren’t fooling around for long and have their path laid out in front of them clearly. There is very little scope of ambiguity in this chakra.

As a person, people with balanced solar plexus chakra would be cheerful, outgoing, respectful, and confident. It’d be natural for them to have great personal power that gets reflected in their demeanor.

People with strong solar plexus chakra are skillful, intelligent, and spontaneous. They don’t need to be pushed into action as they are always ready to take the leap. Proactivity is their forte and nature. They’d love to take new challenges and wouldn’t hesitate to take risks that can pay off well. These people are born entrepreneurs.

Working hard isn’t a compulsion but nature for such people, and that’s what presents them as inspiration in work environments. They lead by example and can charge up any room by their presence.
